    Therapy is structured, supportive, and focused on emotional regulation, insight, and lasting change.

    What if the therapist does not have availability?

    This is common in this business.  Don’t worry, you can request to be put on the waitlist while you still look for a therapist.

    For Me Talk Therapy offers trauma-informed therapy including anger management, co-parenting, ADHD/ADD, and support for mood disorders and behavioral challenges.

    👥 Who do you work with?
    Services are provided for individuals, families, and court-mandated clients, adolescents, adults, and women’s groups.

    💻 Do you offer virtual sessions?
    Yes, both in-person and virtual sessions are available.

    How will I know what service I need?

    You don’t have to know what service you need. You can talk to the therapist to discuss what you see and feel and decide with guidance how you want to proceed.

    Yes. Services meet court requirements and focus on lasting behavioral change.

    In addition, we also offer any type of court-ordered therapy.

    📄 Will I receive documentation for court?
    Yes, documentation and progress reports can be provided when required.

    Yes; however, coverage varies. Please contact your provider to verify benefits and out-of-pocket costs.

    Can I pay out of pocket?

    Yes, call or request fees at the time you are ready to get started because fees to change.

    Yes. Consulting and workshops are available focusing on emotional wellness, behavior, and trauma-informed care.

    Do you work directly with the students or staff?

    No, to students. Yes, to staff.

    For students we train the counselors to work with groups of students.

    For organizations we like to work from the top down —leadership, managements, supervisors, then workers. However, you can choose what best suits your organizational needs.
