SYMPTOMS

What underlies the symptoms.

Consultations

Finding the right therapist is essential. A consultation allows you to meet the therapist without committing. It will enable you and the therapist to get to know one another. The therapist can assist you with determining what type of therapy might best suit you and your family. Some services, such as group and anger management, require starting with a consultation. A consult can determine if this is the therapist who will best suit your needs.

Trauma Informed Therapy

Trauma-informed therapy is for the client who suffered trauma in the past or recently. Trauma is defined broadly. The experienced therapist can help you develop a new narrative and combat the shame and negative conversations in your head due to trauma.

Family Therapy

Family therapy can benefit a family in crisis, combating negative penetrating narratives or dealing with a family disturbance. Family therapy aims to get the family back to a place of comfort and stability.

Groups

Groups are run by a licensed therapist with 16 years experience running groups from a trauma informed perspective.

I feel angry, tired, despondent, listless, sad most of the time.

My life is not what it should be.

Court Ordered Services

The therapist is experienced, licensed, and has advanced certifications to meet the needs of court-ordered individuals and families. Court-ordered services are for individuals or families mandated to receive therapy, co-parenting services, or to assist in resolving custody disputes.

Solution Focused Therapy

Solution-focused therapy can be ideal for a crisis, a recent decline in emotional status, or those who want to attend therapy intermittently. Solution-focused therapy is a very interactive process between therapist and client.
